Return & Refund Policy – Vitamins & Supplement Products

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and safety standards for health-related products. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of vitamins and supplement products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Clear unboxing video or photo proof is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Personal taste, preference, or perceived effectiveness
  • Products not stored properly after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email your request to hiren@walparnutritions.in
  • Include:
  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images or videos

All requests will be reviewed, and approval will be communicated within 2–3 working days.


4. Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and verification of the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.


6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an error (damaged/incorrect/expired product), return shipping will be covered
  • In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled

8. Important Notes

  • Supplements are consumable health products, so strict hygiene and safety rules apply
  • Always check the package upon delivery and report issues immediately
  • Failure to provide proper proof may lead to rejection of the request
